Digital proofs
Every order includes a digital proof, and nothing is produced until you approve it. Read it carefully: spelling, colors, PMS numbers, logo size, placement and product color. It is much easier to fix a detail on a proof than after production.
Blank and random samples
If you want to feel a shirt's fabric or check a tumbler's size, a blank or random sample is the fastest way. These are usually free or low cost, and you just pay shipping. A "random" sample may show another company's logo, which is fine for judging quality.
Pre-production samples
For large or high-stakes orders, a pre-production sample shows your actual logo on the actual product before the full run. They are available on many items for a fee, and they add time, so plan for it when your event date is close.
